When I arrived at the hotel, the rooms were not clean, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, the sunset view of the Rockies from the room was incredible, and the room itself was very spacious. The service was top-notch, especially how they diligently arranged for our reservation to be moved to another facility. The location was nice, near The Outlets and a strip mall, but the unexpected sprinklers could be an inconvenience. The dining experience felt like home, but there wasn't much variety in the choices available.
